GYMSTERS GYMNASTICS Gymnastics Program
At Gym-Fit Sports Center, our recreational gymnastics program offers fun, safe, and progressive gymnastics classes for children of all ages and skill levels. Whether your child is trying gymnastics for the first time or working toward more advanced skills, our experienced coaches help athletes build confidence, strength, flexibility, coordination, and technique through the USA Gymnastics developmental curriculum. Our gymnastics classes include instruction on all Olympic events, trampoline training, and foam pit activities in a positive learning environment.

Special Events
Kinder Fitkids (5–6 yrs)
Kinder FitKids provides structured gymnastics lessons for boys and girls in Kindergarten and those ready for a physical, educational, and social challenge. Lessons are full of fun and excitement, preparing for mastery of gross and fine motor skill development.

Beginner Gymnastics Classes
White Gymsters (6+ yrs)
White Gymsters our beginner recreational gymnastics level is the perfect starting point for children who are new to gymnastics or are moving up from our FitKids preschool program. This introductory class focuses on developing body awareness, coordination, balance, listening skills, and basic movement patterns in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment. Athletes will be introduced to fundamental gymnastics skills on all Olympic events, along with trampoline and pit activities, while building confidence and a love for the sport.
Our coaches evaluate each gymnast's progress to ensure proper class placement. Advancement to Green Gymsters is based on age, demonstrated skill mastery, and readiness—not simply the amount of time spent in class.

Advanced Beginner Gymnastics Classes
Green Gymsters (6+ yrs)
Green Gymsters focuses on building the strength, flexibility, and foundational skills needed for all Olympic gymnastics events, as well as trampoline and pit activities. Using the USA Gymnastics Level 1 curriculum and progressions, gymnasts develop proper technique while learning beginner-level fundamentals in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment.
Our coaches continuously evaluate each gymnast's skill development to ensure appropriate class placement. Advancement to the next level is based on age, demonstrated skill mastery, and readiness—not simply the amount of time spent in class.

Intermediate Gymnastics Classes
Blue Gymsters (6+ yrs)
Blue Gymsters introduces athletes to USA Gymnastics Levels 2 and 3 skills while continuing to develop strength, flexibility, body control, and confidence. Gymnasts receive instruction on all Olympic events and continue training through trampoline and pit exercises.
Enrollment requires successful completion of Green Gymsters skills or a coach evaluation. Advancement is based on demonstrated ability, age, and skill mastery to ensure every gymnast progresses safely and confidently.

Advanced Recreational Gymnastics
Magenta Gymsters (6+ yrs)
Magenta Gymsters is designed for athletes who have mastered the foundational gymnastics skills taught in Green and Blue Gymsters. This advanced recreational gymnastics class focuses on mastering USA Gymnastics Levels 2 and 3 while introducing Level 4 progressions.
Coaches emphasize strength, flexibility, proper technique, and skill refinement in a positive, FUN and FIT environment that encourages every gymnast to reach their full potential.
Enrollment requires coach approval through demonstrated skill mastery and readiness for advanced recreational gymnastics training.

Advanced Recreational Gymnastics
Silver Gymsters (6+ yrs)
Silver Gymsters is our highest-level recreational gymnastics class and is available by coach invitation. Designed for experienced gymnasts who have completed all previous Gymsters levels, this class features advanced skill development, increased strength and conditioning, and higher-level progressions on all Olympic events.
Athletes continue to improve their technique, confidence, and athletic ability while training in a supportive, challenging, and FUN environment. Coaches regularly evaluate each gymnast to ensure continued growth and appropriate placement.
